Return Policy

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original tags, labels, and hygiene liners are intact
  • The item is in its original, undamaged packaging
  • No perfume, deodorant, or fragrance has been applied

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these standards.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed lingerie
  • Items without intact hygiene liners
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@reavellingerie.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with further instructions.

Please pack the item securely and write the RMA clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
