Where We Ship
We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping — but we’re actively working to expand worldwide.
Processing & Delivery
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may be slightly longer for rural locations.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $65
- $10 flat rate for orders under $65
- Expedited shipping available at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime through your account.
Changing Shipping Details
Need to update your shipping information? Contact us as soon as possible at info@reavellingerie.com.
We’ll do our best to make changes before your order is processed.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. If it is returned to us, we’ll guide you on the next steps.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking details.
We’ll work quickly with the carrier to resolve the issue.
